The issuance of a visa to a foreigner does not grant him an immigration status, nor even constitutes an entry permit, a visa stamped on a valid passport only proves that the Consular Officer reviewed and verified the submitted information, stating that the beneficiary qualifies the necessary conditions to travel to the country, the final decision will be taken by the CBP official at the time of entry to the United States.

The $80 appointment is a non-refundable deposit granting an interview with the consultant. In case that the customer decides to move on with the Visa Application with Albatros Consulting, this deposit would be deducted from final price.
